Today I just wanted to wish everyone a very safe and
pleasant holiday weekend. I hope
you are taking the time to celebrate what it means to you.
According to Wikipedia, “Independence Day, commonly known as
the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the
adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring
independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.”
Although many consider it just another day off from work, today
we are actually celebrating the freedom we won and enjoy today. And as we all
celebrate, let’s also remember that even today men and women are dying to ensure
that freedom.

I know most Americans take Liberty for granted and we must awaken awareness at every opportunity available.
